Chair Yoga

Working from home or in a remote style doesn’t spare your team from office stresses. In Chair Yoga, we guide your team through a chair yoga class that is sure to destress and foster productivity.  No need for a yoga mat! Each class is led by a trained and certified yoga instructor. Focusing on your movement, your breathing, and how your body is reacting to the exercise creates a kind of moving meditation that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and improves mental clarity.
